The
Force 6000 has been designed for high production fabrication
shops or shops that want to simplify their fabrication
process without the necessity of multiple machines. The
Force 6000 5-Axis empowers state of the art technology
that gives it capabilities much more advanced than the
traditional 3-Axis bridge saws.
The Force 6000’s 360 degree multifunctional, rotating
head allows the machine to perform straight cuts, radius
cuts, and curved cuts simply and efficiently. The
machine can be controlled manually or with the insertion
of DXF CAD files which then can easily be trasnferred
to your CNC machine for any finish work.
Slabs are loaded on to two working tables and the machine
takes one slab in at a time and captures the slab with
a photograph to be used on the controls system to optimize
slab cuts.
Dual tables allow for one slab to be cut and another captured
by photograph and optimized preparing it to be ready to
cut when the first slab has finished.
Finally, the Force 6000 features also a 90 degree mitre
head which allows for specialty tools to be used on the
multi functional spindle.
