Facility The Force 5000 bridge saw is manufactured by Superior Stone Equipment in Byron Center, MI. The saw is designed, built and tested in our Michigan facility and backed by a complete inventory of parts and 24 Hour customer service.

Main Motor The Force 5000’s main motor features a direct drive 25 horsepower motor and capable of up to 90 degrees miter tilt.
Direct Drive Spindle The Force 5000's direct drive spindle which houses blades from 14 inches to 18 inches in size. The assembly also contains two separate water units for both cutting and planing.	25HP Motor The Force 5000 25 H.P. Direct Drive Motor with manual miter tilt wheel that allows for up to 90 degree miter cuts.
Bridge Precision Guideways The Force 5000’s main motor runs along V-groove and straight edge precision guide ways on the top of the bridge. These guide ways are lubricated via an oil bath system for simple maintenance free cutting. Roller bearings are mounted the bottom of the main drive for straight cutting across the entire length of the beam. It is guaranteed to be within .0064 across the entire beam.
V-groove guides The Force 5000's main bridge uses precision v-groove guides for complete accuracy of cutting across the entire length of the beam.
Laser The Force 5000’s laser is mounted under the bridge and shoots across the entire table for precision measurements and cuts.
German Made Laser The Force 5000's german made laser projects across the entire table for accurate cutting.
Controls The Force 5000 features both touch screen and manual controls for operation of the machine. The remote pendant reaches around the entire table with ease and features all movements of the saw with speed control.
Main Control Panel The Force 5000's main control panel uses both touch screen and manual controls for the operation of the saw. The controls are available in both English and Spanish.	Remote Pendant The Force 5000's remote pendant allows for complete control of the saw including speed.
